Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests should be made in writing and sent to Secretariat by post or email used for registration
  • Cancellation refund amount excludes GST charges as applicable in all categories of refund
  • Any cancellation received till 31th August 2025 will be entitled for 100% refund of the registration amount paid
  • Any cancellation received from 1st September 2025 to 15th September 2025 will be entitled to 50% refund of the registration amount paid
  • No refund will be made for cancellation on or after 16th September 2025.
  • All refunds will be made 30 days after completion of the conference
  • The Registration fee for the workshop is non-refundable.
